Main Street’s Specialty Bakery is unique in today’s mass produced world. Under the watchful eye of pastry chef, Maria Anderson, all pastries are hand made using only fresh dairy, imported chocolate and fresh fruits. The result is a feast for the eyes and the tastebuds. At this retail location select from the many cookies; cookie jar variety as well as tea cookies. Lemon Squares and Belgian chocolate brownies are among the favorite bars. Choose from the tender three-layer cakes, cheesecakes, classic carrot and our famous Mississippi Mud. Tarts and pies vary by the season. Individual pastries and tarts also vary seasonally as well as mousses and puddings. |
