Your selection of passed hors d'oeuvres and choices from a variety of food stations determine the cost of this a la carte menu as well as: rentals, priced according to your unique location and style of reception and staff based on menu selection (manager, chefs, bartenders, servers)
Prices also vary depending on your number of guests and details of your event.

the season's freshest vegetables served with a choice of spinach, herb or creole dip Farmers' Market Grilled Vegetables bite-sized fennel, carrots, sweet peppers and zucchini served with an olive tapenade dip

Charcuterie Platter
selection of dried and cured sausages and pates served with country-style breads

Fresh Fruit and Cheese Display
a gourmet selection of imported and domestic cheeses decorated with fresh fruits and crackers

Smoked Fish Bar
premium norwegian salmon, smoked brook trout, mussels and whitefish rillette served with horseradish dijon sauce and caper cream cheese and offered with pumpernickel rounds and specialty crackers

Asian Rim Station
pan-seared pot stickers with ginger sauce, Sheumi with sweet pea dipping sauce and marinated chicken skewers with peanut sauce

Grilled Tuscan Bread Station
grilled italian breads and crostini drizzled with extra virgin olive oil offered with an assortment of toppings: chopped tomato and basil, olive tapenade, roasted sweet peppers, artichoke mousse and shredded asiago

Mediterranean Station
red pepper baba ghanoush, hummus, marinated olives, grilled fennel and carrots; toasted pita chips

Whipped Potato Bar
mashed potato offered with gorgonzola & rosemary butter; turkey bacon, sour cream and fresh chives; oven-roasted tomatoes and basil; shiitake mushrooms; with caramelized onion and roasted garlic

Dinner Stations

Tenderloin of Beef
seasoned with cracked peppercorns; served with a choice of horseradish creme fraiche and bordelaise sauce; offered with french country and rosemary rolls, baby carrots with lemon dill butter and herb-roasted new potatoes

Country Glazed Pork Loin

marinated loin of pork served with mango chutney; health grain and french rolls, curried orange couscous and haricot verts

Whole Roasted Salmon
stuffed with vegetables provencal accompanied with a basil aioli; pumpernickel and french country rolls, sweet corn and wild rice salad, and asparagus drizzled with citrus vinaigrette

Rack of Lamb
with dijon herb crust and served with a warm port wine sauce; parisian baguette and olive rolls, wild rice with dried cherries and almonds, harvest grilled vegetables

Pasta Saute
penne pasta tossed with sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, roasted garlic, asiago and fresh mozzarella or your guests' choice of penne pasta sauteed with basil pesto or tomato cream sauce prepared to order

Paella Station
chef prepared on site... saffron rice sauteed with fresh shrimp, chicken, scallops or chorizo and peppers

Fusion Rhythm Station
grilled ahi tuna in asian marinade skewered with shiitake mushrooms and offered with fresh lime wedges moroccan beef skewers with orange zest; rosemary scented chicken skewered with artichoke heart and presented with a red pepper aioli grilled vegetables provencal
